Floorset Associates
The Floorset Associate is responsible for executing floorsets using the brand guide as directed to build sales, maximize profit and create the optimal store experience.


Merchandise Excellence – Clearly and consistently represents merchandising principles
1. Executes the brand guide, in conjunction with the Visual Standards manual as directed
2. Partners with the associates to maintain standards on the sales floor and in the backroom.
3. Assists with various projects including markdowns, re-tickets and mark out of stock processes and replenishes merchandise tos tandard.
4. Maintains up to date knowledge and understanding of visual presentation, floor plans, merchandising elements, store related fixtures and equipment.
5. Establishes and maintains successful communication processes that inform all store management.

Deliverables:

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:
• Must have at least 2 to 4 years of retail management experience. Prior retail store leadership experience preferred.
• College degree or relevant technical or vocational training preferred
• Must be skilled in leadership, coaching, and training, sales generation, strategic planning, authentic customer service, communication, conflict resolution, business acumen, time management, POS terminals, and general retail software proficiency
• Must be able to provide feedback, develop others, embrace and lead change, and make decisions under ambiguity
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able act with integrity and professionalism to ensure that all business is conducted without bias or prejudice
