This space represents a unique and new experience for our membership and prospective members. It will allow AFCU to research and develop new experiences with our membership across all our different channels. This space will act as a catalyst of change to give our members a voice in their financial service needs. It provides the organization with a new way of growing membership and enhances our brand awareness and branch experience. The Innovation Center Crew Members are responsible for promoting the purposes of this space as described above. The Crew Members will be responsible for the space under the direction of the Store Manager and Crew Leads. The Crew Members will be responsible to help in serving and educating members and prospective members with questions, product inquiries, transaction requests including basic transactions, loan applications, new account applications, and other requests. The Crew Members will be responsible with assisting in the direction and education of the Innovation Center operations and system deliverables. Ensures that established policies and procedures are followed. Oversees the provision of a full range of services to members and prospective members. Ensures that members are promptly and professionally served. Takes direction, training, and supervision of Innovation Center Management and performs various Innovation Center functions as required. Serve as the first point of contact to interact and engage with members and potential members and to guide them through the Innovation Center systems and solutions. To support our member feedback on solutions and services provided at the Innovation Center. Productivity and Performance:

Qualifications:

Training/Education/Experience:
