Retail Management/Steve Madden Mountain Stores Position Summary:

The responsibility of the Manager is to generate and sustain a performance and results driven culture. The Manager is responsible for all aspects of the store performance. Company expectations will be achieved through recruiting, hiring top talent, motivating teams and developing direct reports. The manager is responsible for promoting a positive work environment in the store while building the brand.

Steve Madden is a privately owned company based in Denver, CO. They operate 4 locations in Colorado and one in Salt Lake City, Utah. They are on a mission to change the face of retail, and the ENTIRE customer experience. Steve Madden stores focus on buying unique product for each specific location that you cannot find anywhere else.  Operating as a privately owned company allows Steve Madden to create opportunities for our employees that cannot be found in any other retail environment.   • Adhere to all federal, state, and local labor laws

 

Education/Skills experience:

  • High School diploma required. Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer and math proficiency
